Access and Refund Note

Course access is set up manually after registration and payment confirmation. Access instructions are typically emailed within 24 hours.

 If the program is not a suitable fit, refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of receiving course access. Requests will be reviewed in good faith.

Because the program includes digital video lessons, downloadable resources, practice exercises, and model response materials, refunds are generally not available after the 7-day review period.

Duplicate payments, payment errors, or technical access issues will be reviewed and corrected where appropriate.
